The science calendar

The dates schools book science for

Four fixed points in the school year that carry a whole day of science on their own. Each one has a set of workshops built to suit it, the same facilitator-led format, and the same paperwork in your inbox the day you book.

How a date-led booking works

From enquiry to the day itself

Most science leads come to us with a date in mind and no fixed idea of the workshop. That is the right way round.

  1. 01

    Start with the date

Tell us the day you want to mark and how many classes need to take part. If the date is already full we will say so straight away and offer the nearest week that is not.

  2. 02

Match the workshops to your topics

Each date has workshops that fit it naturally, but the choice is yours. Science leads often pick one workshop for the whole school, or two running side by side in separate spaces.

  3. 03

    Confirm, and the paperwork follows

Your risk assessment, insurance certificate and facilitator DBS details are emailed to the school office on confirmation, so your admin team has everything on file without chasing.

  4. 04

We arrive set up and ready

Your facilitator unloads, tests every headset on our own network and is ready before the first bell. Classes rotate through around your assemblies and lunch sittings.

Booking for the year ahead

Tell us your date. We'll do the rest.

Send us a date and a rough number of classes. We will come back with availability, a price and the compliance paperwork.
